My love of Color Tattoos is well-documented. I mentioned last week that Maybelline Dare to Go Nude Collection for Spring 2014 has been released. So my Obsessive Compulsive Walgreens visits began. Well, it pays to have friends all over the country because one of mine just sent me ALL 6 new Color Tattoos. Here are they are:
- Pure Nude (a shimmery golden champagne)
- Beige-ing Beauty (a shimmer champagne with a peachy undertone)
- Nude Compliment (a shimmer taupe with grayish undertones)
- Sleek & Spice (a cool shimmer taupe with brown undertones)
- Caramel Cool (a copper with a metallic finish)
- Stroke of Midnight (a black with glitter)
If you like cream shadows and love a nude look, these are a must have for you. Take a look!
Word on the blogs is that much of this collection will be Limited Edition even though the packaging doesn’t say so. To be on the safe side, when you see them you should grab them. If you are crazy like me, you might want to grab a backup! I just got these so I haven’t been able to test them all but here are my initial thoughts. I wore Sleek & Spice and Pure Nude all day with no fading or creasing! Stroke of Midnight was a little patchy for me. I actually like Flower Midnight Garden better. The pigmentation of Pure Nude is more sheer than Beige-ing Beauty. Overall, Nude Compliment, Sleek & Spice and Caramel Cool are ALL must haves. Gorge. I would say if you don’t have Barely Branded or Barely Beige, I would pick up Pure Nude or Beige-ing Beauty depending on which undertone you prefer.
The only thing I don’t love about Maybelline LE Color Tattoos is how hard they are to find. Have you seen the Dare to Go Nude Collection yet?
Now I am on the hunt for the Master Glaze Blush sticks!
