Le Métier de Beauté Dream Maker Nail Lacquer

This year I resolve to practice polishing and photographing my nails, and if that doesn’t fly, I resolve to getting better at photoshop. This weekend I was looking at pictures of nails on the interwebz and I may or may not have become slightly obsessed with perfect strangers’ nails. Some of them are like painted glass! Then I look at my pictures and literally laugh at my skills.

Nonetheless, I present to you this absolutely gorgeous shade of violet-navy by Le Metier de Beaute called Dream Maker. It’s part of their 2012 Holiday Collection. I am in love with the creamy formula! It’s so pigmented and smooth. Not a streak nor a drag. One coat was totally opaque, but you know me and my 2-coat thing. I am really a sucker for a creamy, glossy nail color. The glitters, foils and holographs are slow on the uptake with me. Dream Maker is a shade I will be reaching for again no matter what season it is. I can see wearing this on my toes even in warm weather.

Stay tuned for more colors from the Holiday Collection. They are all gorgeous colors that work for every season.

Availability: Neiman Marcus $18

Very pretty color, I like blue. I have fould Seche Vite to be a very nice top coat. It adds a mirror gloss shine and helps prevent chips.

    • Thanks for your comment. It is a beautiful color. They have some gorgeous polishes. I use Seche Vite Top Coat as well! What is your favorite color blue polish?

    • I love Seche Vite top coat! I actually just picked up another bottle this morning at Sally’s. they had a special, buy the top coat and get a free bottle of China Glaze polish.
